A few weeks ago my team from last years World Championships won the Sporthilfe Team of the Year Award.
It is the second year in a row that rowing has been the winning team.The award was given based on votes from a jury, media and votes that we collected. We won against a team of 4 skiers and a team of volleyball players. It is one of the first years that a skiing team hasn't won. It was a great honor to be nominated and to have won the title.
